Robert Sanger Presents at 2017 Jacobus tenBroek Disability Law Symposium
Robert M. Sanger, senior partner at Sanger Swysen & Dunkle, spoke on March 31st at the 2017 Jacobus tenBroek Disability Law Symposium in Baltimore, Maryland. The symposium is an annual gathering of prominent disability rights advocates from around the country. Mr. Sanger was invited to present regarding the use of “ethnic adjustments” by prosecutors to raise the IQ levels of individuals with intellectual disabilities so that they are eligible to receive the death penalty.
