The Santa Barbara Airport serves the area with direct flights each day to and from major cities, including Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego. The Amtrack train also connects Santa Barbara to the rest of the California Coast. And Highway 101 merges with scenic Pacific Coast Highway 1 through the Santa Barbara area, making it accessible by car from either the North or South.

Directions to the Main Santa Barbara Office of Sanger & Swysen:

When you arrive in the Santa Barbara area you are almost certain to be on Highway 101 (merged with Pacific Coast Highway 1). Whether you are arriving from the North or the South, take the 101 to the Garden Street offramp. At the bottom of the offramp, turn North on Garden Street toward the foothills (away from the ocean) and proceed on Garden Street until you reach De La Guerra Street. Turn left on De La Guerra and we are on the second block on the right at 125 East De La Guerra.

There is guest parking under the building. We are in Suite 102 on the first floor.

Directions to the Santa Maria Branch Office of Sanger & Swysen:

Santa Maria is a little over an hour north of the city of Santa Barbara and a half hour south of San Luis Obispo. It is in what Santa Barbara County residents call the North County.

Once again, most people will arrive in the area by Highway 101. Whether you are arriving from the North or the South, take the Main Street offramp. Go West on Main Street until Miller Street. Turn left on Miller to Cook. Turn right on Cook and then take the first driveway to the right into the Mall parking structure.

We are the corner office at the entrance to the Mall parking structure at 301 East Cook Street, Suite A.
